Ms. Mestman co-founded the Southern California Wine Country SHRM Chapter, founded the Temecula-based Senior Human Resources Roundtable, co-founded the Southern California Wine Country - Executive Leadership Forum, and is an Advisory Board Member for the Billy Daniels Foundation. Ms. Mestman also serves as the Chairwoman for People Partner Closet (501c3) dedicated to serving disadvantaged youth in the local community.
