Carole is an accomplished Human Resources executive with complimentary skill sets in business management, organizational development, talent acquisition and retention, compliance, performance management, business administration functions and team building. She is an experienced business partner capable of working with executive client management, internal cross-functional divisions and clients to effectively define and achieve strategic HR, sales, administrative and operational objectives. Carole is flexible and resourceful in utilizing organizational, time-management and planning skills to deliver projects on time and on budget. She has an exceptional ability to introduce and streamline business functions to attract clients/employees, improve retention and compliance rates, increase efficiency, facilitate growth and reduce costs.

Carole is experienced in providing human resources business solutions to small and medium size companies who are experiencing growth and change. She has worked in the bio-tech, high tech, non-profit, public relations, real estate, retail and health care industries.

She holds a BS from Oregon State University, and has completed a Human Resources Certification prep course at Chapman University. Carole is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute, a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management on both national and local levels, serves on the San Diego Human Resources Roundtable, and is a member of the BEDC Association.
