Jill is a highly motivated, hands-on, results oriented business partner handling day-to-day operations of HR on an interim or as-needed basis. She has progressive experience in providing innovative HR solutions for small to medium-sized organizations and she is highly skilled as a top multi-project manager in resource allocation, requirement identification, performance reviews and executive relationship building.

Jill is an expert in the design, development and support of comprehensive programs to streamline and improve operating processes, policies and procedures. She provides effective recruiting, hiring, training, deployment and development of top-notch talent; motivation of teams to help management and staff achieve peak workplace performance, maintain top retention levels and meet aggressive business objectives. Jill is fully familiar with EEOC, AA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, worker’s compensation and related federal, state and local legislation and guidelines.

Jill holds an MS in Education from USC, and a BS, Summa Cum Laude, in Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University. She is also a Certified Trainer in “Civil Treatment” (basic employment law classes for supervisors and employees).
